Complaints procedure

If something has not felt right, you deserve to be heard. This page explains how to raise a concern or complaint.

Step 1 — speak to me

In most cases, the quickest way to resolve a concern is to speak directly with me. You can raise a concern in person, by phone, or in writing.

Step 2 — put it in writing (if needed)

If you would prefer, you can write down what happened and what outcome you would like. I will acknowledge your message and respond as soon as possible.

Professional bodies

Phoenix Renewed is affiliated with professional bodies (including BACP and NCPS). If a concern cannot be resolved informally, you may also be able to contact the relevant membership body for guidance on their complaints processes.
