Complaints procedure

If something has not felt right, you deserve to be heard. This page explains how to raise a concern or complaint.

Step 1 — speak to Tash

In most cases, the quickest way to resolve a concern is to speak directly with Tash. You can raise a concern in person, by phone, or in writing.

Step 2 — put it in writing (if needed)

If you would prefer, you can write down what happened and what outcome you would like. Tash will acknowledge your message and respond as soon as possible.

Professional bodies

Phoenix Renewed is affiliated with professional bodies (including BACP and NCPS). If a concern cannot be resolved informally, you may also be able to contact the relevant membership body for guidance on their complaints processes.
