If you are neurodivergent, you may be tired of feeling misunderstood. Counselling can be a calm space to make sense of yourself — without being asked to mask or fit a mould.

Affirming, integrative support
Tash works affirmingly with many neurodivergent clients. Sessions are integrative and led by you — grounded in person-centred work, with practical tools such as CBT and mindfulness when they help. In person in Wednesbury (WS10) or online across the Black Country.
Sessions are for adults and young people from age 10 upwards, subject to suitability.
