Family support counselling in Wednesbury
When someone you love is struggling — or the whole family feels fractured — you deserve support too. I offer counselling for family members navigating difficult times, with twenty-five years of experience supporting parents, children, and families through education and therapeutic work.
Does this sound familiar?
- Is someone you love struggling, and you do not know how to help without falling apart yourself?
- Are family arguments leaving everyone hurt and nothing resolved?
- Do you feel caught between family members who will not speak to each other?
- Are you caring for a parent, partner, or child and running on empty?
- Has a diagnosis, bereavement, or life change sent ripples through the whole family?
What we can explore
- Supporting a loved one without losing yourself in the process.
- Family conflict, communication breakdown, and feeling stuck in the middle.
- Guilt, resentment, and the pressure of being the strong one.
- Parenting pressure, sibling tension, and generational differences.
- Grief, change, and rebuilding connection after a difficult period.
What to expect
Sessions are integrative and led by you — warm, non-judgemental, and focused on understanding what is underneath, not just managing the crisis. I work with individuals supporting family members; couples counselling is also available if you wish to attend together. In person in Wednesbury (WS10) or online across the Black Country. £45 per individual session.
